About the Role:
In this position, you will take ownership of a defined geographic territory, managing a portfolio of innovative diagnostic products and solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, laboratories, and hospital networks, ensuring that their needs are met with cutting-edge diagnostic technologies.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Market Expansion – Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in your assigned region.
Account Management – Act as the primary representative for customers, fostering long-term partnerships and driving business retention.
Strategic Business Development – Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and target competitive conversions to expand market share.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product specialists, technical teams, finance, and service support, to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track sales performance, forecast trends, and optimize sales strategies.
Competitive Positioning – Maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, competitor offerings, and industry trends to effectively position product advantages.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven Sales Success – 3+ years of experience in clinical diagnostics sales, healthcare capital equipment, or a related field.
Strategic Sales Expertise – Background in account-level deal strategy, preferably with experience in methodologies such as Miller Heiman.
Industry Knowledge – Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics, including product applications and competitive differentiation.
Relationship Management – Demonstrated ability to build and maintain partnerships with key decision-makers in hospitals, laboratories, and health systems.
Presentation & Negotiation Skills – Ability to communicate value propositions effectively and drive high-stakes commercial discussions.
Adaptability & Collaboration – Comfortable working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
